Property maintenance in South Norwood & Croydon
A door that catches. A tired hallway. A list of repairs that keeps getting longer. WMB helps homeowners, landlords and residential property managers look after the everyday details, as well as plan the work that needs more time.
Send your maintenance list
One property, several things to put right
You can send a mixed job list: a dripping tap, a door adjustment, shelving, local decorating or a flooring repair. Tell us which room each item is in and what has changed. We can then discuss which tasks fit together and whether any need a separate assessment or trade.
Our local focus is South Norwood, Croydon and nearby South London. Include the postcode at the start so we can confirm coverage and any travel arrangements before you plan around a visit.
- Doors, cupboards, shelving and small joinery jobs
- Painting, decorating and local finishing work
- Flooring, tiling and bathroom repair enquiries
- Plumbing fittings and electrical tasks to assess
- Shared areas and exterior maintenance
Reactive repairs and work you can plan ahead
Some enquiries begin with a new fault; others are about keeping a building in good order. For planned work, group your priorities by room or area and include your preferred timing. For a residential block, identify the communal area and the person who can approve the work.
An active leak, an electrical hazard or an unsecured entrance needs prompt attention through the appropriate professional or responsible property contact. WMB Fix is a routine enquiry route, not an emergency dispatch service.
Know what is included before the visit
WMB Fix maintenance labour starts from £70 for the first hour, depending on location. Materials, parts, travel and any applicable VAT are confirmed separately. A longer job list is not automatically covered by a single hour: we agree the scope and price with you first.
Where practical, several tasks can be organised in one visit. Larger refurbishments, new bathrooms and bespoke joinery receive their own project quotation rather than the standard maintenance rate.
A few useful answers
Can a landlord or managing agent send the request?
Yes. Identify the property, the person arranging access and who is authorised to approve the quote. Tenants can help describe a fault, but approval and access arrangements still need to be clear.
Can you arrange ongoing maintenance?
Tell us about the building, the work you expect and the frequency you have in mind. We can discuss a suitable scope and availability; sending the form does not create a maintenance contract.
